Aquaculture
(Fish)
Global fisheries and aquaculture production in 2022 was 223.2 million tonnes with an estimated value of USD 452 billion.
Aquaculture accounted for 51 percent (94 million tonnes) and valued at USD 296 billion.
30.8 million tonnes or 37.5% of the world’s farmed food fish production, with major producing countries are China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Bangladesh, Egypt,Norwayand Chile.

INNOVATIVE SOLUTION FEED-BASED VACCINES
ViVac
AGAINST VIBRIOSIS
(FOR MARINE FISH)
A newly developed Feed Based Vaccine where the active component/antigen is incorporated into commercial feed and administered as part of the feeding regime. The feed-based vaccine enhances fish immunity, particularly against Vibrio spp. that are found frequently in the marine fish cultures.

It is administered orally through feeding and reported to improve fish survival from 50% to at least 80%.

-
Administration that is free-of-stress
-
Easy to apply, highly suitable for mass aquaculture activity and smallholdings
-
Effective to all size of fish
-
Less time consuming
-
Low in labor cost

Feed-Based Vaccine
Prevent from Vibrosis by 80% Efficacy
Suitable for fish of all sizes and easy to administer
Bivalent Feed Vaccine
Protection against Streptococcosis and Aeromoniasis by 80% Efficacy
Improve fish growth performance
INNOVATICE SOLUTION BIVALENT FEED-BASED VACCINES
AQUABOOSTER

AGAINTS STREPTOCOCCOSIS & AEROMONIASIS (FOR FRESH WATER FISH)
-
Food-based bivalent vaccine for freshwater fish (tilapia, catfish)
-
Contains bacteria from the deactivated strains of Streptococcus agalactiae and Aeromonas hydrophila
-
It increases the fish's immune system against streptococcus and aeromoniasis disease
-
Easy to use, practical, and does not cause stress to the fish..
-
Vaccination improves the overall growth performance of fish

Aquaculture
(Shrimp)
A recent study by Blue Weave Consulting revealed that the Global ShrimpsMarketwas valuedatUSD 30.64billionin 2022.
Globally, Asian countries produce the most shrimp – roughly 65 percent of the world's shrimp comes from the region.
It is estimated to grow at CAGR of 10.4% earning revenue of around USD 74.28 billion by the end of 2028

CURRENT PROBLEMS
Vibriosis caused by Vibriosis spp.

(Vibrio parahaemolyticus) is also responsible for causing Acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease (AHPND) in shrimp, originally known as early mortality syndrome (EMS). The shrimp production in AHPND affected regions has dropped to 60%, and the disease has caused a global loss of USD 43 billion to the shrimp farming industry.
Vaccination is not effective for shrimp and use of antibiotics are not allowed for paneid shrimp
SYNBIOTIC FEED ENHANCER
SEABIOBROWN
AGAINTS AHPND, VIBRIOSIS
(FOR SHRIMP)
Seabiobrown Synbiotic Feed Enhancer - consist of Prebiotic and Probiotic components, that have potential to prevent AHPND and vibriosis outbreak of penaeid shrimp.

The FEED-BASED SYNBIOTIC improved survival rate of 77% during immersion challenge, compared to shrimp without feed enhancer.

-
Cost-effective
-
Easy delivery
-
No side effect to the environment
-
Improve growth performance (more than 2X the weight of shrimp without feed enhancer) ü Enhance gastrointestinal tract
-
